Will Jewett passed away this morning. Please Keep Pat in your prayers. The funeral is Tuesday afternoon at 2pm (I think) At the Litchfield Community church next to the fire station. I'm sure other details will be forthcoming.

Indeed......horrific!

Will was a retired Navy Chief...I am grateful for his service to his country, his town and as great man all the way around. I am saddend I did not know him longer.

Let us all keep Pat in our prayers.

I stand corrected today....Will and I often chatted about the Navy....Once I knew he was a chief, I couldn't help but always call him chief.

Today I find....He was not only a chief....but a Master Chief. The highest enlisted rank in the Navy.

Fair winds and following seas, Master Chief!
